DESCRIPTION:The Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau invites the public to the 3rd Annual Dance Lompoc\, a "Dancing with the Stars" styled fundraiser featuring "Lompoc Celebrities" in a dance competition to raise money for local non-profits\, on Saturday\, March 30\, 2019. The event will also feature a full-course dinner catered by Central Coast Specialty Foods\, wine and beer donated from local wineries and breweries\, as well as a silent auction full of excellent prizes. \n\n\n\nOur "Lompoc Celebrities" include Grocery Outlet's Aaron Crocker\, dancing an East Coast Swing routine with Anita Tubbs of the Alley Project Dance Studio\; Woman of the Year for 2018 Ann McCarty\, dancing a Broadway routine with Sabrina Ross of Lompoc School of Dance\; Bottle Branding's Jeremy Ball\, dancing a Salsa routine with Anita Tubbs of Alley Project Studio\; City of Lompoc's Samantha Scroggin\, dancing a traditional Hula routine with Pauline Plan of Hoapili Pomaikai Aloha Productions\, and Jocelynn Terrones representing VTC Enterprises and dancing a Hip Hop routine with Alli Smith of the Alley Project Dance Studio. \n\n\n\nThe non-profit organizations that will benefit from the efforts of the "Lompoc Celebrities" are VTC Enterprises (Jocelynn Terrones)\, North County Rape Crisis Center (Ann McCarty)\, the Lompoc Theatre Project (Jeremy Ball)\, the Lompoc United Boys and Girls Club (Samantha Scroggin)\, and Shadow's Fund (Aaron Crocker). Dance Lompoc also supports the Lompoc Valley Chamber.\n\n\n\nThe event will be held at the Anderson Recreation Center with cocktail hour beginning at 6:00 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm. Only 220 tickets will be sold and are only available online at Lompoc.com. They are $55 per person\, or $65 per person with VIP seating. DEADLINE FOR PURCHASE IS FRIDAY\, MARCH 29TH\n\n\n\nIf you would like to donate to one of the dancers and their organization of choice\, please make checks payable to "LVCC" and put the dancer's name or the non-profit's name in the memo line or call the office at (805) 736-4567 to capture payment over the phone.
