DESCRIPTION:The Lompoc Music Association and Prelado de Los Tesoros\, the La Purisima Mission docents\, will present a concert of vocal music by the Festival Chorus\, directed by Dr. David Hensley and accompanied by Yun Murphy\, on Sunday\, June 30\, 2019\, at 3:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of the La Purisima Mission. The Festival Chorus this year consists of men and women singers from Lompoc\, Solvang\, Santa Maria and Santa Barbara\, as well as guest singers Dr. Hensley is bringing from Porterville High School where he is currently teaching. It will be a concert of the sacred songs of Eugene Butler\, W.A. Mozart\, Roger Quilter\, as well as traditional and folk selections.
