Gather around and learn about the characteristics of grass-fed beef from Elizabeth and Chef Ashley Transki and Chef Brian Congdon of Duo Catering. Nutritionists Vibeke Weiland and Randi Miller will elaborate on eating to nourish your body in the new year. Afterwards\, breathe in the fresh ranch air with a tour of the grounds\, and end the afternoon under the century-old arbor with a meal by Duo Catering\, music by the Salt Martians\, and wine. This will be a very calming\, cozy event and January is a perfect time to come to see the ranch. All proceeds will benefit the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County\, which works to end hunger and transform the health of Santa Barbara County through good nutrition.
