DESCRIPTION:Learn how to boost your workforce at no additional cost! This info session will show how your business can take advantage of the Paid Work Experience program offered through the Workforce Development Board. \n\n	Businesses willing to provide work experience for an individual who has been justice-involved can receive 300 hours of work\, with 100% of wages and liability covered by the Workforce Development Board. \n	Individuals in the program have gone through job readiness training. \n	You will have the opportunity to interview candidates as you would for any other position. \n	Your participation will help create employment opportunities for justice-involved individuals. \n\n Even if you aren't ready to take on an employee now\, or if you're interested in learning about other paid work experience programs available\, we encourage you to join us and learn more about how your business can take advantage of these resources. Free to attend\, RSVP is required by November 22nd. Lunch will be provided.
