DESCRIPTION:The Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Morris & Garritano Insurance and Marcove Executive Training presents a Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Seminar for businesses in the Lompoc Valley.\n\n\n\nDid you know that California employers with five or more employees are required by law to provide all employees with at least 1+-hours and leaders with at least 2+-hours of training on the prevention of sexual harassment\, discrimination\, abusive conduct (bullying)\, and retaliation at work?  \n\n\n\nSend your staff to this high energy and interactive course to ensure that your staff understand their responsibility in helping to create a safe\, productive\, and harassment free work environment.  At the end of successful completion in the course\, proof of attendance and a certification of completion will be provided.\n\n\n\nWho needs which training?  The determination of who need the 2+-hour supervisory training is not determined by title\, or even by having direct reports.  Anyone who uses independent judgement to do their job needs to participant in the 2-hour training.
