The free seminar "Response and Recovery from Violence and Trauma: preparing churches to provide emotional and spiritual healing in response to the impacts of violence and trauma on youth and children" is open to anyone but will particularly relevant to people-of-faith who serve in a church or in any community role with youth and children: in ministry, public and private education, counseling, health services, emergency and disaster response, sports, and recreation. The seminar is sponsored by Lompoc Prepare2Care, an adjunct initiative of the City of Lompoc Police and Fire Chaplaincy Corp.
