Description
The Great Lompoc Paint Out is a community art event celebrating the Lompoc Mural Project’s 25th anniversary
The workshop for this event will be held on Saturday, June 15 at the Anderson Recreation Center Panorama Room, 125 W. Walnut Ave.
Participants may attend either Session 1 at 10 a.m. or Session 2 at 11 a.m.
This is a FREE workshop conducted by local artists with instruction on how to paint a mini mural. The first 50 participants will receive a free panel and basic paints. No painting will be done that day. Finished mini murals must be submitted by August 24. They will put on display beginning that day on the Lompoc Airport Fence.
This event is open to all local residents of the Lompoc Valley 12 years of age and over. Those under 12 years of age must have adult supervision.
No art experience is necessary and registration is not necessary. Just show up at one of the workshops
