Leadership Lompoc Valley proudly marks its 40th anniversary while celebrating the graduation of the Class of 2025, recognizing another generation of emerging community leaders.
Over the past year, participants have explored Lompoc and engaged with leaders across various sectors through immersive topic days, including Agriculture, Public Safety, Local Government, Media & Communications, Education, Business, Military & Aerospace, Healthcare, and Non-Profits. These experiences featured guest speakers, expert panels, and exclusive tours of local organizations.
This year’s graduating class consists of 16 professionals representing diverse industries such as healthcare, aerospace, hospitality, real estate, and non-profits.
The graduation ceremony will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 6PM at The Mission Club (4300 Clubhouse Road) Registration is open through Wednesday April 30^th.  The event is open to the public, with a ticket cost of $40 per person.
